KSET 2021 Procedures to Apply

Candidates should note that Application has to be submitted Online Only.

Candidates seeking admission to KSET 2021 examination must apply online through KSET web site http://kset.uni-mysore.ac.in.

To avoid any kind of inconvenience or last-minute rush or unforeseen difficulties, candidates are advised to submit Online Application Form without waiting for the last date. KSET will not be responsible for network problems or any problem of this nature in submission of online application during the last day.

Candidates should register (sign up for registration) giving required E-mail ID & password. Candidates then proceed to give their personal, educational and KSET exam details, while mentioning their educational qualification they should mention their PG course as Passed or appearing as the case may be.

[Note: Candidate should note down and remember their E-mail ID and Password till the announcement of final results of KSET 2021].

Note: All Scanned copies must be in JPEG format only. The online application system will not allow to upload files smaller/larger than the mentioned sizes.

Candidate’s Photograph: Before proceeding to apply, Candidates must possess scanned passport size photo in JPEG format (10 kb to 100 kb).

The same photograph is to be used for uploading on Online Application Form and also for pasting on Attendance Sheet at the examination center.

Candidate’s Signature: The Scanned Signature must be between 5 kb to 30kb.The candidates are required to upload the full signature in running hand writing in the appropriate box given in the online application form. Writing full name in the box in Capital letters would not be accepted as signature and the Application Form would be rejected. Further, unsigned Online Application Forms will also be rejected.

The candidate should put his full signature on white paper with Black Ink pen and scan for uploading.

Candidate’s Name / Mother’s Name/ Father’s Name:Provide Candidate’s Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name as given in the Secondary School Examination or equivalent Board/ University Certificate in Capital letters.

Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy):Provide Candidate’s date of birth as recorded in Secondary School Examination or equivalent Board / University Certificate.

Mobile Number and e-mail Address:Candidates must provide own Mobile Number and e-mail address. The e-mail id and mobile number that you enter in the registration form.

Note: Only one e-mail address and one Mobile Number are valid for one application.

Payments towards KSET fee including bank charges must be deposited to KSET account through KSET website or in any of the nearest State Bank of India branch.

After Two Working Days from the date of payment, candidates have to login with their email ID and password FOR DOWNLOADING THE APPLICATION FORM and can take the printout of the 3 sheets of application form (hard copy) in A-4 size paper as detailed below;

(1) Application formto be submitted to the Nodal center chosen by the candidate.

(2) Attendance slipsto be submitted to the Nodal center chosen by the candidate.

(3) Admission cardto be retained by the candidate.

Candidates should compulsorily submit the hard copy of application along with attendance slip to the respective Nodal Centers. Application received after the last date will not be considered.

Printout of admission card should be retained by the candidate and bring on the day of examination. No admission card will be issued separately either by the Nodal centers or by KSET center. Candidates should compulsorily bring the valid Photo ID to the examination center without fail.

KSET 2021 Examination Fee and Mode of Payment

Late fee of ₹ 250/- has to be paid by candidates who submit online application after the last date till the extended period.

Note : Candidates belonging to category IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB, Cat – I, SC, ST, PWD ( VH / PH ) who claim fee exemption must enclose attested Category certificate issued by competent authority along with the hard copy of the application.

Mode of Payment:

By clicking on the Payment button at KSET site, select the payment category (General/Cat IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB/ Cat-I, SC, ST, PWD) and enter the data in all the fields available carefully. Verify the details entered and amount to be paid and proceed to make payment via State Bank MOPS (Multi Option Payment System).

Payment options:

  1. All banks Internet Banking
  2. All banks Debit Card
  3. All banks Credit Card
  4. State Bank Buddy e-Wallet payment
  5. Cash payment can be done by clicking SBI branch, challan can be generated online and payment can be made at all the SBI branches PAN India (Cash/only SBI cheques are accepted).

Please note:

  1. Fee submitted by any other mode like Money Order /Demand Draft/IPO etc., will NOT be accepted.
  2. Fee once paid will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.

KSET 2021 Exam Centers
