AIPVT 2021 Exam Pattern

The All India Pre Veterinary Test 2021 examination shall consist of one paper containing 180 objective type questions ( four options with single correct answer ) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology ( Botany & Zoology ).

The distribution of questions shall be as follows :

Each question carries 4 marks. For each correct response the candidate will get 4 marks. For each incorrect response, one mark will be deducted.

Language of AIPVT Question Paper : Question Paper shall be in English and Hindi. In case of variation in English and Hindi version of Question Paper, English version shall be taken as final.

AIPVT 2021 Selection Procedure

A list of successful candidates in order of merit based on the score obtained in the AIPVT 2021 entrance examination shall be prepared by VCI. The Merit List shall be equal to the number of seats available for allotments in B.V.Sc. & A.H. course under 15% All India Quota. There shall also be a Waiting List limited / equal to “Six times” the number of candidates in the merit list.

In case of two or more candidates obtaining equal marks in the entrance examination, the inter-se merit of such candidates shall be determined in order of preference as follows :

  1. Candidates obtaining higher marks in Biology ( Botany & Zoology ) in the Test.
  2. Candidates obtaining higher marks in Chemistry in the Test.
  3. Candidates with less number of wrong answers in all the subjects in the Test.
  4. Candidates older in age to be preferred.
